• Strong ability to effectively communicate the advantages of buying a home in a Greentech community
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Strong ability to problem solve and prioritize
• Basic competency in technology and social media platforms is a must
• Physical ability to lift, install signs and walk undeveloped lots
• Ability to coordinate community functions and gatherings
• Maintain the Sales Center presentation and organization
• Collaborate with production on community maintenance and customer service needs
• Collaborate with marketing on signs, flyers and other sales needs
