Not all of our homes are listed on the MLS. Call or text us at (423) 644-2310 to check additional inventory. This can give you a competitive edge, as some agents may not realize we often have more homes available than what's publicly listed.
We offer a 2.5% commission, paid at the time of the buyer's closing on the home.
