Use our Mortgage Checklist below to help you gather the documents typically requested to avoid delays in processing your mortgage loan.
- Completed Loan Application package and signed Intent to Proceed
- Home owner's Insurance Declaration Page (if refinancing)
- Valid Photo ID
- Current Mortgage Statement (if applicable)
- W2s from last two years
- Paystubs from last 30 days with year-to-date (YTD) earnings
- Two months of current bank statements, all pages
- Social Security or Pension Awards letters (if applicable)
- Last two years of tax returns
- DivorceDecree (if applicable)
- TrustDocuments (if applicable)
