According to the Times Free Press, the Best of the Best awards provide an opportunity for Chattanoogans to recognize “the incredible businesses and individuals that make the Scenic City such a great place to live and work.” Thousands of locals nominate and then vote for their favorites in over 200 categories, from mom-and-pop shops to large organizations.

The annual Guildmaster Award recognizes home builders, remodelers, and home service professionals that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. The average customer recommendation rate in the residential construction industry is approximately 70%. To receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a 'Likely to Recommend' rate of 90% or greater. 

One of only 72 new home builders in the nation to receive the Guildmaster Award, GreenTech Homes received a rating of 96% or higher in 15 different categories, including project management knowledge, design process, warranty manager professionalism, and customer communication response time.
